To ensure your information is kept safe, we use a secure document portal for sending and receiving documents that contain sensitive data.
You can view documents we have uploaded for you, provide documents we have requested and ask us to add/remove authorised users to view specific information (eg. when you would like information provided directly to a bank, mortgage broker, 3rd party etc.)

We also recommend all clients have an active MyGOV account that is linked in to the Australian Taxation Office, and that you use the ATO's Online Services for Individuals & Business.

MYGOV & ATO Online
You should NEVER provide your MyGOV or ATO Online details to anyone, including us. This service is intended for individual and businesses and is a great way to view information, receive Government correspondence electronically and to send and receive forms.
Individuals, please visit https://my.gov.au to setup or login to your MyGOV account.
Businesses, please visit https://www.ato.gov.au/General/online-services/businesses to register for or login to ATO Online Services.
