I understand that by submitting this form, it does not guarantee the ATO will approve my request for a payment plan. LMH Accountants will reach out to you by e-mail to confirm any proposed payment plan details before submitting them to the ATO.

The ATO may charge interest on any overdue amounts, and if approved a payment plan is not guaranteed to be interest free. ATO payment plan terms & conditions include making sure all your future tax obligations are paid in full and on time.
