Having Trouble Paying?

​It is really important to keep on top of all your lodgement obligations with the ATO, regardless of whether you are in a position to pay immediately. Penalties are often imposed on businesses who do not lodge their returns and BAS on time. If you are having trouble paying we can assist in negotiating a suitable payment arrangement with the ATO, explaining the different payment options available and/or restructuring your cash flows to prevent future payment difficulties.

Identity Fraud

​​There have been increased reports of criminals using personal information, including tax file numbers to conduct fraudulent activity - including lodging and claiming illegal income tax refunds. You should not disclose your tax file number to anyone over the phone or by e-mail. If you are contacted by someone asking for personal information you should request that they allow you to call them back and verify the phone number provided against a trusted source.
