In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by e-mail at least 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy to us and other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please phone or e-mail to discuss. Late arrivals will have a reduced time slot available.
